A way to save certain tasks (containing sub-tasks) which can be inserted easily into other projects would be great. Eg: We have 10 elements of on-page SEO which are subtasks of task OnPage SEO. We can insert this one task to other projects through a 'Task Template'.

I wanted to let you all know that whilst this feature request has not been implemented yet (we don't have full sub task capability), we have implemented a checklist feature in the task description section of each task. This might be a useful way to achieve what you're looking for in the mean time.

Most companies have a Strategic Plan first. Then actionable items related to the initiative within the plan. So maybe it makes sense to have a Strategy section then link tactics-task to each initiative.

Subtasks - allow 2 level subtasks if you can ....

e.g. subtask 1 , subtask 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 ....

very often what we classify as a task at first, cannot actually be done right away because it is very dependent on other things (subtasks). Whether subtasks are designed where they can be independently assigned to various people or a simple checklist in the description, its a matter of workflow. It is probably useful to create both
